Current Estimated Delivery Lead Times

Please note that these estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by stock levels. We guarantee that your order will be delivered within 30 days from the date your order is processed, although the majority of orders placed will be delivered within the above estimated lead times.

If you require your order urgently or by a certain date, please ensure that you place your order under a fast-track service or alternatively contact us on 0844 499 4000 to arrange a specific dispatch date.

The estimated delivery lead time on an order placed on our website is based on the number of orders we have, the time of the year, any known constraint on a major component, and any other affecting factors. Estimated lead times are not at all guaranteed, and please understand that if you order a very high specification computer, your order may take slightly longer to complete due to further vigourous testing, stock availability and component shortages. The lead time begins from when we receive payment (i.e we receive a cheque) until the order is delivered to your premises.

Our company builds from scratch bespoke computers specially designed to your requirements. Because of this very personal service, and the mass range of components we have available, it is not possible for us to hold stock of computers ready to ship, although we have massive quantities of stock ready for integration. From when we receive payment, your order then enters a building, testing and configuring process. Although we fully understand that when you place an order, you want it straight away, please bear with us as best you can so that we can complete and dispatch your order for you as soon as possible.

Further Delivery Information

Once your order is dispatched, it is estimated that your computer will be with you in 24 - 48 hours (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirming the dispatch and delivery details. This email usually arrives between 4pm and 7pm the evening that your order is dispatched for you. If you do not receive your computer within 48 hours of this email, please call us immediately.

Your order will be dispatched to you by our preferred courier, DHL, which is a national company. DHL have a very good reputation and an almost 100% record of delivering the next working day, but in busy periods your order may take 2 working days to arrive. DHL usually deliver during the hours of 10am to 1pm, but your order will be dispatched on a next day delivery service, and therefore it may come at any time between 9am - 6pm.

Should there be nobody available at your premises to accept delivery of your order, DHL will leave you a card. You will then be able to call them to arrange another delivery date, or alternatively call in at your local depot to collect your package. If you choose to collect your order, you will need to take a form of personal identification with you (your driving license for example). You can find your nearest depot by visiting http://www.dhl.co.uk and entering your post code.

Delivery Time

Because we are the manufacturers of your order, it is extremely difficult for us to guarantee or even estimate a delivery date for your order. Please understand that until you order is processed for you, your computer will not exist and this is why we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

We will inform you by email when your order is dispatched, so please do not call our company every day to check on your order status as we can only give a rough idea when you order will be ready for you, which is usually 7 - 10 working days. Sometimes we are faster than this and at other times we are slower than this.

If you need your computer as a matter of urgency, on rare occasions we will agree to process your order in 3-5 working days which will incur a £50 + VAT surcharge. You must call us if you wish to pay for this priority service and we will only offer this service if we are ahead of schedule on our orders. This payment must be added to your order before you pay for the computer and the priority service is only available at our discretion.

Example Delivery Times

7 working days. You order on the 1st day of the month. Your payment shows in our account on the 2nd day of the month. Your order will then be processed for you as soon as possible. 7 working days later, on the 11th day of the month, your order should arrive at your premises.

10 working days. You order on the 1st day of the month. Your payment shows in our account on the 2nd day of the month. Your order will then be processed for you as soon as possible. 10 working days later, on the 16th day of the month, your order should arrive at your premises.

If you pay late. You order on the 1st day of the month. Your payment shows in our account on the 6th day of the month. Your order will then be processed for you as soon as possible. 10 working days later, on the 20th day of the month, your order should arrive at your premises.

All delivery dates are estimated. Due to our broad range of components available, we do not guarantee any delivery date. If you have ordered a component on a pre-order only basis, it is more than likely that your order will exceed a 10 working day delivery date and could take over 1 month to arrive.

Busy Periods

September - November: estimations of 10 working days.
November 20th - December 24th: estimations of 10 - 14 working days.
