just wondering before i buy my pc do i have to install any drivers or anything when my pc arrives :)
if anything goes right no you just have some win updates
Your pc will be ready to use with drivers installed,
you may have to remove packaging from inside the case,
but you will be informed about that.

em could i ask another question is a advanced cpu cooler nessecry
Which advanced cpu cooler? Its unnecessary. A decent cpu cooler like the Titan Tripple Copper is more than adequate for cooling.

Depends what you plan to do,
You could get away without one for general use the standard one is perfectly able. A slightly upgraded one would be quieter and would help if you run alot of CPU intensive stuff.

Don't forget that you will have to order an operating system to have drivers installed.
For general day to day use the activity of nearby house flies will be ample for cooling that CPU, Stock is absolutely fine.
If you want quieter or plan on overclocking go for one of the others.
