Hello and Welcome!

Looks like a very well though out spec. If you are pure gaming and are not wanting to overclock the machine you could drop the watercooler for air and the ram to 1333.

Gorman has hit the nail on the head once again. Another point would be the PSU, perfect for the current spec, but if you plan on adding a second HD5870 in the future, you might want to take a look at the Corsair TX850.

I haven't bought an overclocked machine before. It only addes £30 to get the same CPU overclocked...would this have much of an impact?

For a general home use gaming machine you should stick to clocks. Overclocking can help you get more out of the system but is more prone to instability.
