Hi all,
so I bought an Enigma 3 and when I try play blueray dvds it refused to recognise the dvds and then spits it out.. why is that? what am I doing wrong?
it has a blueray drive (1st DVD/BLU-RAY Drive 8x SATA DVD/ R/RW/Dual Layer (24x CD-RW)
I tried to play the dvds and it it sits there spinning around for ages and then just spits the dvd out???! I tried with windows media player and also I tried with vlc player but it makes no difference what I use since the laptop says there is no disc in the drive..
do I need some drivers? what do I need please?
