Monitor

My other threads were to confirm new build spec for a Desktop and Laptop.
At the moment I have a SAMSUNG SyncMaster 940n Monitor.
I have looked at the monitors offered by PCS and like the 22 inch IIYAMA E2273HDS Monitor.
It comes with speakers - Does this mean I can get rid of my current external desk speakers I have plugged into my computer ??
Will I need an HDMI lead if I go for the above monitor ??
Is there any advantage over my current monitor other than screen size ??
Any comments would be most welcome.

From reviews I have seen on Google the speakers are not very good on the monitors so I would keep you desk speakers.

An HDMI cable will carry audio to the IIYAMA E2273HDS Monitor,but wont be supplied.
A DVI-D cable & audio cable will do the same job & I believe they are supplied with this monitor.
I cant comment on the quality of the speakers,but according to reviews it's a very good monitor.
