Laptop repair return process

Hi there,
My laptop fails to start so I called the tech support and it zill be collected tomorrow.
The technician on the phone told me to package the comp with the user's guide on the box because behind this manual the return address should be written but there is nothing on the manual.

Do you have the return address so I can give it to the collect guys ?
