Laptop doesn't sleep properly

Hi,

Atleast 1 or 2 times a day my Enigma laptop doesn't sleep properly. The screen goes black but the power stays on and I have to hold down the power button to get it to power off. Anyone know what the problem may be? Other times it sleeps fine.

Almost definitely related to some software you have installed. Check what software is running when you put it to sleep and after restarting close all programs that are running (under your name, not systems tasks!) by clicking Ctrl + Alt + Del and starting task manager. Re-attempt sleep and through a process of elimination you should find the culprit.
