View Full Version : temperatures
ok been looking about on internet for pc temperature monitors, any of you recomend any good ones for the cpu and gpu?
hwmonitor
Realtemp
Coretemp
Downloaded them but all 3 wouldnt show cpu temp so i did some checking and apparently you cant get temp status of a amd phenom ii x6 overclocked, even bios temp monitor aint accurate :/
We use HW Monitor here to check temps on Intel/AMD OC's. It will give you one single temp of the CPU, compared to a temp for each core of the Intel CPUs.
I use core temp, before that i used Intels TAT.
I tried hwmonitor but nothing showed for the cpu temp?
Just as an addition to this, I've tried numerous temp monitors for my one, now if I understand it the i7-930 has 8 cores? yet the monitors only register the temps of 4, and I think coretemp only registered 3 :s
