View Full Version : Credit check link broken?
I've got to the final stages of ordering my PC (Order Reference: 378129) on finance. When i've got to the stage where i've put my card details in, and i get the message about the credit reference check, i just get taken to a blank screen (Adress: https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/web_save_order.php)?
I've attempted the process approximately 3 times now, so i'm not quite sure whats going on. Any advice on what i should do would be helpful!
Unfortunately, I don't have access to the card payment site tonight.
If you refer to our Finance Information page http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/finance/ you can see the various stages of Finance. If your deferred payment has been successful, you will be able to log into your account on the pcspecialist site and continue with the application. It could be that there was a temporary issue with the Hitachi site. If this option is not available, it might mean that the payments were not successful.
If you cannot continue with your order, I suggest you phone our Call Centre tomorrow. They will be able to look at the payments, see if the deferred payments were successful or not, abort any duplicates etc.

As far as i can work out, I get to the 3rd stage, and i'm not getting any confirmation after that whether the application has been accepted or denied, just a blank page.
I'll have a go again tommorow, see if its just Hitachi playing up tonight. I'll give the call centre a ring in the event that its not Hitachi, or if you're able to find out when you've got access (pretty please. :p)
Josh - I notice that you still haven't been able to complete your finance application online. I can see from the records that you attempted this 16 times, but each times the response was invalid. Perhaps you would like to try again by logging into your account at http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/login/
