9cell Battery'

Ewwo.

I have just been and played with the laptop configurators for probably the first time and have not noticed any options to upgrade the laptops to 9cell batteries.

Is there plans to offer this further down the line? I currently have a 9cell battery on my current laptop and the extra hour the battery gives is sometimes very useful.

We used to sell 9 cell batteries, but all our models now include 6 cell batteries. When the manufacturer first changed them over we queried this and their response was that the new (now current) Calpella models required less power/were more efficient, and therefore a 6 cell will provide the same battery life as the older 9 cell models.
