Touch controls not working

Having just taken delivery of my new Vortex, I've found that I can't use the touchpad controls across the top.

They are illuminated, so the panel is obviously connected, but they don't respond to touching - not a light tap, a firmer push, holding the finger on the button...

Tried the classic restarting, checked in the device manager for problems but none shown, but not certain which device it actually is.

Any help would be welcome.

Hi there, this is most certainly a driver issue, it will need the drivers for the touch buttons installing, if you pop your driver disk in the drive and can tell me what options there are there i can help :)
