I am software engineer, mostly i would be using this pc for Photo & video editing, little bit gaming and watching HD movies and HD tv from cable connection Virgin Media. I wanted to use nvidia GTX460 but the only output it provides is dual link DVI and my monitor specification says DVI connector. Are DVI dual link will work with any DVI connections. Is inbuilt sound card is good for watching movies ?

When it says Dual Link DVI, it means it has two DVI outputs so you can use two monitors. But yes, you can use this with the TV you mentioned. The soundcard is overrated, and IMO rather pointless. The GTX 460 is a great card and I would advise it!

I like: The CPU, mobo, RAM
I'm iffy on: teh HDD, WD1002FAEX 1TB Sata 6Gb/s? I know its only 1TB but... they go down in price so quickly by the time its full you can get the second to go with it for less than that 3gb/s 2GB one. Also 2 drives = not putting all eggs in one basket in terms of drive failure :P
GPU: Depends what you're using the PC for really :) Shame to have such a nice build and then only a 5830 ;)

2) I would recommend an 850W PSU if you plan on adding extra HDDs, Graphics Cards in the future just so you're on the safe side.
