Hi Dave,

Yes, according to our website it should read SDHC Cards. If you go to one of our configurators here (http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/computers/intel-home-office-pc/), then click the (?) next to the Memory Card Reader, it will display a table with all the cards it should support.
