Submitted this the PCGM and won a bluetooth headset. Or was it a mouse? I can't remember either way.

EDIT:

PS - if you're familiar with stalker, those three yellow artifacts down there gives a 400% health boost each so I was practically running around like a Terminator with 1200% to my HP. :D Then there's the two red ones that are +200% each.

Total... +1600% to my HP!
