No overclocking. Strangely windows decided to do an automatic repair and the problem resolved so far. I guess I’d best start looking at replacement laptops soon. Doubt the GPU would be replaceable.

So the wire coming out of the adaptor is now starting to fray and spark, which means the adaptor is buggered. Looking at my Vortex II, I need a 220W AC Adapter. If I go into my account and then into "my spare parts", it's out of stock. The closest I can see on the other laptops on the website...

At the time I bought the Vortex II, SSDs were small and still had issues. Fastforward a couple of years and I'm hoping things have improved. Am after a suitable SSD but more importantly, how to install and configure it, since it seems to be different from a typical HDD.
