Cheers mate. I thought it was a decent comprimise between price and performance. I was really tempted with another HDD and RAID but i suppose i can upgrade that at a later date.
I've currently got a 5400rpm HDD so im hoping ill see a nice increase from 7200rpm.
Also do you reckon 64bit Windows 7 was a wise choice?

Over 32-bit Win7 definitely, with the 32-bit version you would only be able to see 3-4GB of your RAM in total, so the extra RAM would be a waste.
As well as that theres probably a lot more stuff that takes advantage of the 64-bit technology than there used to be.

I tried 64bit Vista a couple of years ago and it didnt seem to be any better. Thought I would take the plunge seens as i was ordering from new.:)
