Question Help with first PC build

So i want to build a custom PC with some specific components and i need to know a few things.
    1. Are they all compatible?
    2. Can this site or any other build this PC for me?
    3. Can i get this in the UK?

The components i am looking at are:

    Motherboard:
MSI AM3 AMD870 4xDDR3 GBE LAN RAID 2xUSB3.0 ATX Motherboard

    CPU:
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition

    RAM:
    Corsair CMZ4GX3M2A1600C9 4GB 1600MHz CL9 DDR3 Vengeance Memory Two Module Kit

    Video Card:
    EVGA Nvidia GTX550Ti 1GB 192-Bit 3D Ready Graphics Card

    Hard Drive:
    ~ANY (500GB)

    Optical Drive:
    ~ANY

    Case:
Cooler Master HAF 922M ATX Black Mid-Tower Case

    Power Supply:
OCZ 600W ModXStream Pro Power Supply

I want the PC to be suitable for gaming on at least medium settings.
    My budget is around £500.
I can build the computer myself but if i can get it pre-built for a good price that will be better.

If these parts are incompatible or unobtainable can anybody suggest some similar spec ones.
Feel free to ask any questions and any information is appreciated.

depending on what type it is, you may be able to just stick it right in and install it, the case should have a few HDD slots

if its IDE or SATA-I then you may need an adapter SATAII should be fine though, or SATAIII
