HDD and SDD missing?

Hi I recently sent my laptop Viper II back for repair as one of the HDD's failed and had to be replaced, it came back and everything is fine except both my secondary HDD and SDD (which use to be the primary disk) no longer show up in Disk management for activation as partition drives, below is the specification of the laptop itself:

I'm no wiz with PC's but i did check and everything is still there, nothing has been taken out with the exception of the failed HDD which was replaced with a new one and now works, any suggestions on this situation or am I not understanding this correctly?

first of you have raid mirror so will only see one hdd. For the other SSD issue give tech support a call on 0844 499 4000.
