    Angry Guranteed!

As you can tell by my previous posts regarding delivery etc..
I got in contact with a sales advisor to finally sort this mess with DPD out,
He told me that DPD now have my proper address including the last digit of my Postcode which they forgot to provide,
that i was guranteed to recieve my pc today (22nd) and well 8' Oclock and nothing, another failed gurantee,
I cant even go to DPD and get my F****** parcel myself because they clearly havent bothered trying to find my
house as they havent even rang or left a calling card.
For the 3rd time its now back at the delivery depot.

Ive never had so much trouble from a courier before,
i buy alot of things of Amazon and they allways seem to deliver with in a week.

I understand your angry mate. I really do, but I just wanna point out that these forums are not an official channel for support, the majority of users on here are customers although many will offer you very good advice on your situation. If you want official advice contact pcs via the call centre. Or call up your local DPD depot and calmly discuss the situation with them. It may be a good idea to pick the pc up from them directly.

I belive he said he can't pick it up from DPD, which is odd, as most couriers do allow that. Like Tom said, your best bet is to ring PCS up and ask them to chase up DPD about the matter. Im sure PCS will go out of their way to get the PC to you

OK, the issue here is that the delivery is to spain. So this causes a few more problems. You are also incorrect in your statement that we forgot to provide the last digit of your postcode. You enetered it incorrectly by putting a 'MU' in front fo the 5 digits which then meant the dpd software postcode feild for spain was too long and it knocked of the last digit.

I also suggest you stick to one thread. I beleive you have already started 3 or more about this issue. If you start anymore I will simply delete them and refer you to continue your story on the original thread.

It is obviously frustrating, but do not mistake these forums as a pace for a rant. They are here for people to offer or glean advice, not for a virtual toys out of pram episode.

I would happily pick it up from them, if they left me a calling card to say they have atleast tried to deliver, because DPD will do nothing unless i have a calling card
Also, its now back at the sortation facility even though i was told by a sales advisor that they have sorted it and they have my full address and that it would be here that afternoon.

I apologise for spamming, but every single time i ring DPD or PCS i get told its been sorted (3times).
and then when i look on my tracking number i get a Unable to deliver message, surely you can understand when you get told its been sorted it will be there this afternoon and yet again it isnt wouldnt you be very angry?, and well just want to express yourself?
And i was told by Simon Cooper that DPD have been updated with my new Postcode (without the MU just 30397) and that they have located my house and are going to deliver this afternoon.
And the reason im angry is because its so close to christmas and i dont want to dissapoint my son,

if you could do anything to get them to drive to my village and then simply ring,
Then i would happily buy from PCS again, but im doubting it because of the amount of trouble it been...

    Help please?
