Hi All,
Well i suppose its a welcome back to Windows
I can get into my windows live email to view and receive messages however when I try to send or reply I get this: Any ideas???

I tried uninstalling the Bull guard security (if thats what you meant) and that hasn't worked ... Its my Hotmail account that Windows doesn't like, I can log into it and recieve emails however if I try to reply or send a new message it justs crashes and I get the above message???
Will I have to uninstall Windows 7??? can I do this without having the disc???

Which version of internet explorer are you currently using, and have you tried using any alternative browsers such as Google Chrome or Firefox?

Internet Explorer9 (64bit) ... I just tried firefox and weirdly a pop up said 'the silverlight plugin has crashed' however I can still send??? I would still like to sort out my original prob though

The same now happens on Chrome? silverlight crashed however I can send the message??? oh well at least I can now send messages

try downloading sliverlight from the microsoft website
