can somebody recommend me a pc spec on a £1200 budget

Okay so i want a PC (mainly for gaming) to play games like Football manager 2012, F1 2011, mass effect 3 (when it is released) all on the highest settings possible settings.

i won't be playing battlefield 3 or call of duty MW3 since i already have them for the PS3.

i have a budget of £1200 just for the PC on it's own inc VAT, i would like something to be future proof (maybe a 3 - 5 year lifespan before the hardware becomes obsolete).

i won't be overclocking either and would somebody please recommend me a case that has excellent air flow.

thank you and any advice is much appreciated.

If you can stretch your budget by another £29 i would go with this spec below but if you need to keep it under the £1200 you can drop the GTX580 down to a GTX570 then if you wanted this could leave room in your budget to up the PSU to an 850W so that you could SLI 2 GTX 570's sometime in the future, with the way PC components come out no matter what you buy the parts are obsolete within 6 months anyway but that spec should still be good in a couple of years at least.

I should have said aswell that F1 2011 will make use of the multi-threading on the i7 2600.

If you are planing on playing on resultions higher than 1920x1080 or using multi monitors than an amd7950 3gb would be a better idea. This is mainly due to more vram.
When it comes to cases, any of these would be good: Cooler master 690 II, corsair 400r, haf 922, nzxt phantom 410, corsair 500r. Just pick the one you like the look of the most.
