Sorry that didn't solve it,I can only guess you may have a faulty graphics card,
anyway PCS will sort it out for you.

)) Now , I hear you when you say about resetting the graphic card and RAMS but if I would have wanted so much trouble I would have bought the parts and try and build my own computer...hence why I bought a prebuilt one! Besides , I know nothing about these things and dont want to break anything! Enough that I was sweating like hell yesterday trying to remove the cooler and PCU! Never handled anything with so much care in my life! :P Anyway , will send it back and give them the benefit of the doubt! If the second one won’t work again then will look someplace else to get another one!
You have done more than me as messing about with the CPU and Cooler as that is the 1 area i have not gone near so well done for that
anyway i am sure PCS will get this fixed and returned to you in no time.
