Printer Recommendation Requested

My Churches trusty Samsung CLP 500 has finally passed on and we need to choose a new printer.

We need colour (full-colour weekly four page newsletter)
Duplex
4-500 colour prints per week.
What we really would like is as low copy cost as possible without breaking the bank for the original hardware.

Any and all suggestions welcome.

In my experience Kodak, as far as Inkjet printers go are by far the best economical solution,
most of the others have been a rip off,cheap printers but extortionate Ink cartridges.
Over time, costs for a laser printer will total far less per page than refilling/replacing inkjet printer cartridges.
