Have you try DVI? I got a message when my PC was dispatched with a picture on where to connect the monitor cables (not to motherboard but directly to the GPU) but I assumed you done that when trying the HDMI. I'll try changing the source (VGA, DVI, HDMI) on the monitor.

Are you connecting to the graphics card & not to onboard,
if so try reseating the graphics card & check the connections to it havent come loose.

I'd take it out, check no pins are bent or look out of place, then press it back into the slot. Most mobo's have some form of latch to let the GPU out, so look on the right hand side of the slot before you pull it out
Also, there will be a screw that you need to undo before you can pull it out
The screw is on the left

Yes, there may or may not be retaining screws,It might just need pushed in,
make sure to ground yourself before doing so.

Have you tried connecting monitor to onboard graphics port,
if it works you may only need to change a bios setting.
-
tried every port on there ! still no luck
