The much awaited SkyFire II notebook is now available to order on our configurator.

Whilst the chassis looks identical to previous SkyFire model it supports the following new features:

1. Supports Ivy bridge processors.

2. Come supplied with the 1.5GB GTX 670M.

3. Supports Nvidia Optimus Technology.

It can be configured here: http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/notebooks/skyFireII/

Also I've just been playing with the specs and having some weird issues with the price. With all specs default other then i7-2670qm and 1x4gb 1333mhz RAM, I'm quoted £919. Change to 8gb RAM and I'm up to £934 (increase of £15), then add the 500gb HDD and I'm on £952 (increase of £18). Back to the original at £919, now adding the HDD first, only £925, an increase of £6 rather than £18, then the RAM brings it back to £952. What's going on here?

Also do you know what the model is? Im trying to find a video review of this particular laptop, but all the ones i find are backlit ones (almost identical chassis, just slightly different in places)

Sorry for another question!

On the detailed specifications, it no longer shows the dimensions of the Skyfire II, just the weight. Would you be able to add the dimensions again please (like the skyfire I had)

Either way what you are putting together is the same price and the same product. There is no error here.

It reaches the same total, yes, however I'm not sure why it would matter how much RAM I have installed as to how much my hard drive will cost me?
