I've been waiting for Sleeping Dogs for years, the True Crime games were definately some of my favourites. So far it sounds and looks excellent - guess we'll have to wait and find out next week.

(I picked up a pre-order a while ago from greenmangaming for like £15 lol)

    Playing this today.

    TL;dr review

Graphics outstanding , even on lower spec rigs. Im running on a i7 Q740 and twin HD5870s. Runs the hi res pack fine.

Combat: Excellent system. Very simple to use, even with keyboard but I must recommend a Game pad as some keys by default are pretty spread out and may require dislocating your fingers at times. Simple smashing the mouse buttons and grabs using the F key are the main feature here.

Missions include the main story which is well written and very gripping, or you can take on many side missions like running errands for the folks of the night market , collecting protection money etc . Side missions boost your FACE meter which allows for upgrades and clothing.

Driving is as you'd expect. The whole game is GTA china town how it should be. Amazing scenary to explore on foot , car , bike you name it. Missions include tailing , out running cops and deliverys.

I've only played in so far but well worth your time. Now I have to juggle this and Darksiders 2. :S

Nice, I have been watching the trailers etc. for this for a while now. Will wait until Steam winter sale to buy it though I think.
