Hi,
I'm pretty keen on the Vortex III w/3720QM and 7970M. Is it possible to get it with the Danish keyboard you have previously offered with other models? Backlit or not, don't really care too much about that.
Also, if I do a test build and try to go through the whole checkout process, I see no way of entering my Danish VAT number. As this purchase is for my company I would like to not have to pay VAT (I'm in the EU), as getting it refunded afterwards is a huge pain in the neck. Is this possible?

Hey,
I'm also looking for the same answer regarding the keyboard... does PCS do US keyboards for the Vortex III? However, I do mind if the keyboard back light is gone

Given this hasn't been answered here, your best bet is probably to email or phone PCS about this, noting that it is a bank holiday weekend so there won't be anyone to answer til at least Tuesday
Although most questions do get answered on the forums, it is not an official line of support, and sometimes questions here do just get missed by the PCS staff.

Yeah I tried to engage PC Specialist using the chat function, no reply there either.
Guess they're not that interested in taking my money. There's plenty of Clevo resellers in the EU though, so I'm not really too bothered...

I can confirm that we will be stocking backlit USA and Portuguese keyboards shortly, these are due on the 18th May.
We will also be stocking backlit Scandinavian keyboards which are due by the end of May.
