Recently got an email asking if i'd post a review on trustpilot.com after purchasing a laptop from PcSpecialist and if I did so would receive a complimentary 4GB USB pen drive, I did so and posted a good review as i'm very happy with my laptop and received the pen drive today. I must say though that the pen drive is quite useless it doesn't seem to work, if I just unplug the drive and plug it back in windows asks to format it every time and if I try using the eject windows says it's in use, so if I choose to eject it it as to be formatted again. Therefore I can't trust it to save any files on.
Just to add though this doesn't reflect on my laptop which is amazing and i'm an extremely happy customer. (glad I didn't buy the pen drive though lol)

I had a problem as well although i havent got a replacement yet, after a while of transferring files etc it all disappears and some random folders and files appear and im not sure what is going on so i have to reformat every time, could do with a new memory stick as well

Got my laptop 15 days ago and the email 10 days afterwards, pen drive arrived today.
