    I received one and after I had copied a few files (word docs etc.) on to it, it froze my new PC and when it finally started responding again, the pen drive wouldn't open. Tried it a few times to no avail. Contacted PCS and then sent me a new one pretty fast but the same thing happened again. Contacted them again via email and posted in a thread on here (where I posted the first time and got my replacement) but they never replied and still haven't. So I've got a broken pen drive here. Don't know why I haven't thrown it away yet lol.

    The first batch we stocked were not the best. However, our new batch (the piano black models) are excellent quality and you should have no issues.
