    Vortex III LE 660M (1GB) ???

At last a 660M has popped up.

How come the amount of RAM is only 1GB?

Other vendors seem to have 1.5GB 660M

Just a different variant of the card, you wont need any more than 1GB for gaming on it at 1080p anyway. Might be other sellers trying to enter into a contest to tempt customers to them because their 660M has more VRAM or something, i don't know. Your wont notice it so don't worry about it.

In addition to the above, LE stands for Limited Edition - we are not getting anymore stock of these so once they're gone, they're gone. We've brought them in as a special offer for customers wanting performance at a cheaper price.

I'd strongly recommend customers to take advantage of it. It's a very capable GPU, and when paired with a 2450M or 3610M you can spec out an excellent system for under £1k.

Whoops, should've posted my question here as opposed to another thread but is it possible to get the backlt keyboard from the regular Vortex III for this LE model? Also, is it possible to order a machine without a HDD installed? I already have a Crucial M4 SSD ready to pop in to this notebook.

Which Clevo chassis are these built on exactly ?

I heard there was a W15xxx chassis without the rubberised finish and also without the keyboard lighting.. is this that one ?

Yes you can, you will need to phone up PCS and they will probably ask for you to send it so it can be tested along with the rest of the system
