I have a Vortex II with the HD6990m and the Catalyst has AMD Overdrive enabled to the default settings.
715 MHz GPU Clock Settings
900 MHz Memory Clock Settings
Is this alright? Im sure i seen somewhere that if you overclock it invalidates your warrenttee.

You will void your warranty if you overclock and it is found as a problem if the laptop breaks, if you overclock and the laptop breaks, but for a completely different reason, the warranty wont be void
