Awaiting card payment?
I ordered my computer at around 11am yesterday morning (sat 16/05/12). I paid by card and the status of my order is still awaiting card payment, is this normal or has something not worked? I had no message saying the payment was successful/declined?
thanks in advance

Not sure if you are able to call your credit/debit card provider today (some calling centers operate on Sundays) but I'd call them or PCS tomorrow to confirm if your payment has gone through.

Strange you should say that, just got off the phone with them.
they said the payment was declined due to insufficient funds but I do have the funds. they were not too sure what went wrong but advised me to try the transaction again. only thing is there is no option to "resend payment" or equivalent.

It is strange your card provider is unable to explain what is wrong, If I were you I'll try to call PCS tomorrow morning rather than create a new order since your status is still "awaiting payment".

Yes I agree. I don't want to create an order just to be told the payment has been taken twice. I shall wait 'til tomorrow morning, thanks.

No worries. I have the same issue with one credit card but the payment was decline not for insufficient funds but because either I entered the wrong phone number when ordering an item or the transaction flag the fraud department, not that I buy from dodgy sites.

lol, my bank initially thought it was due to an uncharacteristic payment but looked at their notes and it said insufficient funds, very strange.
