Hello all ,

It's been a while since I've been here but I'm back and with a little task for whoever has a spare 10mins...

I've got ideas for my desktop already and I'm relatively A-OK with building specs (as some of the older posters may know)

But I just want a little input from you guys .

The criteria is this:

• £2000 budget (or as close to as possible)
• SSD as primary
• Non standard keyboard & mouse
• 2 monitors
• Decent cooler & case
• Additional speakers
• Wireless Card

As long as it contains these and can handle most games out @ steady FPS and maybe some CAD it's fine.

I selected an 850w PSU to allow for adding a second GPU in future,so you can drop that down if you have no intentions of doing so.

Hi there, I don't claim to be any sort of expert but based on things I have picked up from the forums this would be good. I put monitors on the quote but didn't add keyboard or mouse as that is just preference, I also didn't add speakers however you have plenty of room in your budget for adding these.

I believe the GPU will run just about everything on high settings at the moment.
The SSD is only 120GB because anything more gets expensive.
Finally, have you considered homeplugs instead of wireless. I have these for my xbox and it sends the signal perfectly to the other end of the house, it is much better than the wireless.

I looked at the requirements for CAD and this should run it easily.
