Why don't you wait for Haswell? If Ivy Bridge is considered a small improvement over Sandy, Haswell should offer a significant boost in performance.
If you're gonna change your mobo architecture it'd make more sense to wait for socket 1150, since your current setup is not outdated by any means. Of course if you've got the money go for it
You could also sponsor a chimp if you like them better.

Well the article you linked just supports my point, if Ivy-Bridge E is delayed till H2 2013 and Haswell is set to come out in H1 2013, then it'd be better to just get Haswell since it will come out first. I do agree it's a long wait though. Originally Posted by Swanky777
