O'k so now my pc has lost the SSD it does not come up in the bios + I think my power supply is dying my keyboard light is flickering and it repeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaats keys when it flickers. I'm starting to lose interest of re-downloading programs and games. I would now like to arrange for the pc to be picked up and fixed.

Hmmmm, it would be almost unheard of for the intel ssd to dissappear. I certainly havent heard of a 330 or 520 series doing it, and we have sold literally thousands. Maybe check the sata connection to see if it is loose. Not sure what keyboard you have because its not from us, but i doubt if the flickering is caused by any power issues from the pc. It could be the keyobard causing a fault on the usb bus. Maybe use another keyboard if possible to check.
However if you want to rma the pc for us to check it out then request this in the normal official way.

gutted mate, I've had two ssd's fail, mine crashed on boot up and the drives vanished from the bios, the second did exactly the same. To cut a long story short, I updated the firmware on the 3rd drive I received and it never happened again.

I'm not familiar with updating a BIOS and would probably mess it up I think I would be happier to put in the capable hands of pcspecialist. Because at the moment anything that can go wrong will.
