Vortex III 15.6 Inch gaming beast

Hey guys. Well, my birthday's coming up, and a nice tax return from my job in April made me consider upgrading my dying Dell Studio 1555 to a new laptop. I'm primarily a gamer who also enjoys listening to music and watching copious amounts of TV shows. These are the specs I've gone for:

I'm well aware of the current driver issues with the 7970M, though I'm sure they'll be resolved in time, so that's not so much a problem. I've also got the cooling stand and thermal paste to help dissipate the heat from the desktop-power card in the tiny 15.6" frame, so I should be good on that front.

My main question to you guys is:
What are the possibilities of having a 120Hz screen in that laptop? I know if you have an Nvidia card, it's possible to overclock a lot of Clevo screens. Is it also possible with the AMD card I've selected? Either way, I'd prefer a screen with a higher default Hz, rather than risking damaging my screen. I wouldn't mind paying for it to be installed by you guys.
