And also, At the moment I have the ASUS P8Z77-V PRO, now do you know the difference between that and the P87ZZ-V? As far as I know they both support SLI and have a PCI slot for a sound card in the future (for me that is)

It depends on the settings you have, but 100fps with everything running on full would have not being possible with the GTX 570. But the GTX 670 (without AA) should be able to reach high fps on ultra, check this link:

WOW! that is an amazing card... I don't know if you saw the post just at the top of the page but would you happen to know the difference in feature or compatibility with the:

    P8Z77-V
    and the
    P8Z77-V PRO

The main difference is the price... as far as i can tell

More USB ports, the V would be good. Both motherboards offer the same bandwith for the GPU.

Ok, I think I will stick with the PRO as I changed it earlier haha, going to the Power Supply, the PC now only needs 480 and the mandatory 20% would the -

    600W Quiet 80 PLUS Quad Rail PSU + 120mm Case Fan (£59)

Be adequate or would I be better off with a reliable CORSAIR 650W? I would be worried that the extra ~200w would blow something?

Extra 200w would blow something? I don't get that. Are you planning to add another GPU? a 2nd GTX 670? Then I'd suggest the corsair 750w, if you are not then go with the 650w corsair.

Nice build, but if your not planning on overclocking I see no reason for the liquid cooler,
the triple copper heatpipe would be adequate,at most the titan fenrir.
