    No matter where you order a computer from,things can sometimes go wrong,
    I myself had a few problems when I first received my computer,but PCS sorted them all out.
    Their customer support is second to none in my experience,they will sort things out given the chance,just try to have a little patience & all will be made good.

    Received an email today all is sorted and hope to have my pc back soon pcspecialist have even reset my warranty as a good gesture.

    I have placed an order for my laptop on 24th of June, Vortex III with a 7970M that said ETA July back then. I assumed this means they will have it in stock starting July.
    A few days later after placing my order, the label was changed to 18th of July...

    I have been waiting patiently, but now the label has been changed again to 23rd of July. Thats a whole month and my laptop has not even entered production stage. I tried emailing them, asking about what additional wait times can I expect. I got a general answer two days later, basicly saying it will be ready when it will be ready.

    I tried calling them on the phone, but I gave up two times bacause of the ridiculous wait times. Of course their phone status bars show almost zero wait times.

    I will try to call them later today, but up to now, I truly regret choosing PC Specialist. By the time I will get my laptop it will be outdated if it goes like this. I need to check the label for the GPU to have at least some idea what is going on as I receive no updates. This is not good service.
