They are looking to implement that service. Currently the first card to come available will be hd7970M for Vortex II series with a total upgrade cost of roughly 240£ according to PCS (which I'm sure to get cuz the price is just right and it's roughly 4x more powerful than my gtx560M). I'm waiting for them to announce the upgrade possibility any day and I'll be sure to put in my order as soon as it's out.
