    PC for graphic/web design

    Hi all,

I'm looking for a new pc for graphic/web design work. I need something fast, quiet & reliable for a budget of £1200 (excluding monitor & peripherals). I'm pretty clueless about computer tech - these are the programmes I will typically be using at once:

Adobe Photoshop CS5 (largest file size I work on approx 200mb)
    Adobe InDesign CS5
    Adobe Illustrator CS5
    Adobe Dreamweaver CS5
    iTunes playing music
    Firefox
    Windows Live Mail

I have a 24" Dell monitor ( I assume any graphics card will work okay with this?)
I've chosen an SSD as my first drive - I assume they will load windows on this drive (and that I install my software on this drive?) I plan on keeping all my files & data on my 2nd drive - will I still get the performance boost of the SSD even though I'm working on these files?

Anyway, here is the spec. Any comments would be hugely appreciated!

CS5 would benefit from a better CPU (i7-3770), are you planning in doing any gaming?

I don't plan on doing any gaming. I've upgraded the CPU as suggested (and reduced the size of the SSD from 180 to 120 to reduce the price back down a bit). Better? Any other suggestions?

It's all pretty boring corporate web stuff. Occasionally the files get this big because I keep tons of smart layers!
