Staying awake 3-4 days on starchy foods and caffeine is not good for you. As others have said, try a different dietary approach, and see how you feel when you're getting a regular sleep cycle - your head should feel a lot clearer, and you'll be be better at gaming (this is important, very important, if you want to be a badass you gotta get your sleeps and vitamins!).

As for staying awake, caffeine and related chemicals will only work to keep you awake if you're not overly accustomed to them, so taking time out would be needed to lose the tolerance. Sadly, caffeine withdrawal is nasty business so... good luck! I speak as a true caffeine addict here, I need it t start my day - but at the same time it no longer works to keep me awake. It's a long, sad story.

Though I suppose if you're easily creeped out by scary stories, reading lots of those creepypasta entries on the internet might help keep you awake when you need it...

Simples, I just don't stay awake. 8 Solid hours of sleep, every single day. Does wonders for your body!
I don't see why you'd force yourself to stay awake, if your body tells you that you need to pee, do you not pee?
The body gives the brain signals for a reason!

Good luck getting back on a "normal" sleeping pattern.

Might be 'simples' for you but some people can't sleep well, me included. I dream (excuse pun) of 8 hours a night.
