I'd really have chosen a better case since you've got a hefty processor and graphics card, it will get very toasty in that case

If the machine is just for gaming, 16GB is possibly a tad overkill, though admittedly RAM isn't very expensive currently

I'd change this to a Caviar Black drive at least, because in this system, the bog-standard SataIII drive really will be the bottleneck, the Caviar Black drive are a bit faster for booting and loading.

The silver warranty is only a fiver and extends the return and collect to a year

im not an expert, thanks for the advise .
Whats the diff between mine and the Caviar Black as they both seem to have the sam rpm, cache and processing speed.
I just got an extra Tbit for the same price not using the brand name.

I will defo upgrade my warrenty, as i did not know that.

It is a gaming rig, will the case really be that much of a problem as i was advised that as i ahve bought a different fan for the processor this should do the trick.

    thanks again

Could be a cable connection has come loose in transit, have a look inside if your confident with that.

PCS allow you to open the case, just make sure you ground yourself before going into it.
If your not confident PCS will probably talk you through it if you give them a call.

so alls well that ends well.

Opened up the care and sure enough both the leads had fallen out so reattached them and i was on my merry way.

Tower works perfectly, currently leveling through diablo 3.

    Thanks again vanthus.
