650m model in optimus III 15.6"?

Hey there, can someone tell me which version of the GT 650M is in the Optimus III 15.6" notebook please? DDR3/GDDR5? and what clock rate (core and memory) it runs at, along with the amount of cores?
I checked the information page and it says it runs at 735MHz (core I assume?) and has 384 cores, but not which memory type?

EDIT: Never mind I'm an idiot, website says "1.0GB DDR5 Video RAM"

I can assume from this its the 1GB GDDR5 384 Codes Model running at 735 Core and shader clock and 900 memory clock, Just to be sure. Can anyone confirm this is the same model of 650M in the Optimus III 15.6" notebook?
Does this laptop have PCIE 3.0?

Also can you OC this GPU from the BIOS? (I read that it is dependant on the laptop manufacturer) here:

That only refers to desktops, it doesn't say anything about laptops, and while I know that isn't any excuse, I am instead referring to the nvidia overdrive that is in the BIOS. It most likely does void the warranty, but it might not as it might be officially given the go ahead by nvidia? I know it most likely isn't. But anyway I wanted to know if you could or not, regardless of the warranty.

Also, good to know I can OC my CPU without voiding warranty.

Its refers to PCs, a laptop is a mobile personal computer, so it would apply to desktop and laptop
