Well, personally I like the Iiyama monitors, the 19" one I bought about 6-7 years ago still works perfectly fine and still has a very crisp screen (only reason I replaced it was cos it got too small), and my current 24" Iiyama is nice too

The Iiyama monitors,as mentioned by Rakk, are very good by all accounts,
I don't remember seeing any complaints about them on the forums.

1x 670 is slightly slower than 1x 680 so 2x 670s in Sli will be much faster than 1x 680
If money is no object get 2x 680s in Sli but if you want better value for money get 2x 670s
In Sli which will be £200 or more cheaper and only slightly slower.

So 2 Gtx 670 in sli will run arma better than a single Gtx 680

On your budget I would get the i7 3930k for future proofing because New game's may start to take advantage of more cores and it's the strongest bar the 3960 which is only slightly faster and is not worth the extra money.
