silent and powerful mini pc

Hi

I would like a spec and price for a silent and powerful mini pc

If I have to go full size case I will but would really like to stay mini and it must be silent pretty much.

It needs to multi task including video editing and conversion.

Its not for gaming though would like to be able to watch hd videos.

Just the pc, ie, no peripherals or software.

£750 max

ps, hard drive need only be about 100gb

Can any of those configs take 2 monitors, or would I need a separate gfx card? What I am after is the smallest pc possible that can accommodate 16Gb RAM, is silent (fans ok if quiet), accept 2 monitors.

I quite like this config/case, but I don't know how silent it is.
