    Hitachi finance?!

    Hi,
    I ordered my laptop last night and past the finance part, but this morning I got an email saying I need to call them for more details?!? Has anyone had this with them? Will this slow down my order?

    It's possible they just need to supply proof of earnings or something like that, the best way to find out is to call them and find out what they need, the longer you take to get back to them, the longer it will take for the money to get to PCS and that may delay things.

    Not sure if there is a problem until I speak to them tomorrow but they have taken the 10% deposit lol

    I believe they always take the deposit straight away and this goes out before they decide to accept or decline you (but obviously is returned if they decline)
    Though by the looks of things they may just want some more info.
