Not driving me mad at all, happy to help
The triple copper heatpipe would do the job and I wouldn't worry of any overheating issues with the CPU.

The graphics card would be the noisiest part in your set up. When not gaming it would be quiet (not completely silent, chassis fans or cpu fans spinning), if the GPU fans are spinning at more than 40% the noise becomes more noticeable. You can go with either case, it depends on what you are looking for.

im prepared to spend a bit more when im on rs/cod and just watching a film i wouldnt mind it to be pretty quiet can you suggest a case for another 20-30£ that will be a bit more silent? and is there a more silent case for another £30? and does a different case = less fans or more heat?

btw this came up when i pressed order

You have selected a 750W power supply, but based on our calculations you actually only need a 600W power supply. We have calculated your specification to require around 478W of power including a 20% allowance. Although it is not a mandatory requirement to select a lower wattage power supply, doing so will save you money and the last thing we'd like to do is over charge you!

should i just not pay attention and get the 750W i dont see them over charging me i want the good power supply so im sticking to it

The 750w PSU is to allow for adding another GPU in SLI in future.
