Hi, tried to get the online chat service today but had no luck so ill post my questions on here.

Just had some questions about my order,

I Ordered the Vortex III 17"

If I receive my order and don't like a spec such as matte vs glossy, how much would the extra charge be to change the one screen to the other?

I ordered a 750 HDD main drive and a 2nd drive 120gb SSD, If i want the OS loaded on the SSD do I have to request that or would you just take the initiative and do it? Or I have to do it myself?

and finally, whats the difference between a matte and AUO matte screen?

Regarding the question about the OS, it is installed on the main drive, so I would change the drives around if you still have the option to.
