hi people ,just wondering who the forum thinks are 'up there' in terms of brilliantly talented bands,musicians eic-personally kurt cobain is up there for me ,he was a fantastic song writer and his voice in my opinion was second to none at conveying emotion,Micheal stipe also is a fantastic,sublime singer

Bands, gotta be Led Zep for me. Just originators of so much, never grows old. Lucky enough to see them in 1979.
Singers, so many, love the old blues singers.....
Songwriters, well Lennon/Mcartney were masters of the 4 minute 'pop' song.
Simon & Garfunkel, Elton John etc etc.
