ASUS® MAXIMUS V GENE: M-ATX, INTEL Z77 ROG MOTHERBOARD

With that motherboard I don't think you can add a 2nd GTX 680 since it will occupy 2 PCI-E slots and you have a sound card. I'd go with the P8Z77-V instead. The maximus board is a micro-ATX board (less expansion slots than a regular ATX board) but it should have better onboard sound than regular boards.
